Event bookings are considered confirmed only after confirmation from Bandhan Lawns and payment of the applicable booking amount or advance.

• Availability is subject to the selected event date and time.
• Provisional enquiries do not guarantee date availability.
• Booking confirmation will be provided after successful confirmation.

The client must provide accurate event dates, timings and schedule details at the time of enquiry or booking.

• Any change in event date or timing is subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply for changes or extended hours.
• Clients should inform Bandhan Lawns about schedule changes in advance.

Applicable charges, advance payment, balance payment and other payment conditions will be communicated to the client before final confirmation.

• All payments must be made through accepted payment methods.
• Outstanding amounts must be cleared within the agreed timeline.
• Additional services requested after confirmation may be charged separately.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

• Cancellation requests should be communicated as early as possible.
• Advance or booking amounts may be non-refundable depending on the booking conditions.
• Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Services such as decoration, catering, photography, videography, music, stage setup and other event requirements will be provided only when specifically included in the booking.

• The client must provide correct personal and event information.
• The client is responsible for communicating special requirements in advance.
• Guests and attendees are expected to follow applicable venue rules.
• Any damage caused to venue property or equipment may be chargeable.

Clients and their guests must maintain appropriate conduct during the event and comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and venue guidelines.

Catering arrangements, menu selection, quantity and special food requirements must be confirmed before the event.

• Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.
• Menu changes may be subject to additional charges and availability.
• Outside food or catering may be subject to venue rules.

Decoration, stage setup, lighting and theme arrangements must comply with venue safety and operational requirements.

• Decorations must not cause permanent damage to the property.
• Special installations may require prior approval.
• Any additional setup requirement may involve additional charges.

Photography and videography services, if included, will be subject to the agreed package and deliverables.

If the client independently appoints photographers, videographers or other vendors, their activities must comply with applicable venue guidelines.

Bandhan Lawns shall not be responsible for delays, cancellation or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.

Prices may vary depending on event type, date, guest count, services, requirements and duration.

Any requirement outside the confirmed package may be charged separately after discussion with the client.

Information submitted through enquiry or booking forms may be used to communicate with the client regarding their event, quotation, booking and related services.

Clients should ensure that the information provided is accurate and belongs to them or has been provided with appropriate consent.

Bandhan Lawns may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be applicable to future bookings and enquiries.

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking or using the services of Bandhan Lawns, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable Terms & Conditions.
